Who can become a vendor?

We're looking for talented local makers who create handmade products that fit the welcoming, gift-shop atmosphere of Dog Mom Coffee Co.

To be considered, your products must:

  • Be handmade by you or your business
  • Be canine related
  • Be created by a local artisan or small business
  • Be family-friendly
  • Be clean, professional, and retail-ready
What types of products are you looking for?

We love unique, high-quality handmade items such as:

  • Candles (Already filled)
  • Tumblers (Already filled)
  • Jewelry
  • Home décor
  • Pet accessories
  • Bath & body products (Already filled)
  • Woodworking
  • Seasonal décor
  • Artwork
  • Crochet or sewn goods
  • Handmade gifts

If you're unsure whether your products are a good fit, just ask!

What products are not accepted?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept:

  • Mass-produced or wholesale resale items
  • MLM/direct sales products
  • Copyright or trademark-infringing products
  • Offensive or inappropriate merchandise
  • Items that do not align with our store's theme or quality standards
How much does it cost?

Option 1

  • $50 monthly booth/display fee

Once your sales reach $500 during a calendar month, your agreement automatically switches to:

  • 10% commission on sales
  • No monthly booth fee that month

Sales reset at the beginning of each calendar month.

When do vendors get paid?


Vendor payments are issued by the 5th of the following month, along with a sales summary showing what sold.

Do I need to keep my booth stocked?


Yes! Vendors are responsible for keeping inventory stocked and notifying us of any pricing changes before bringing in new inventory. We may let you know when you're running low, but inventory management is ultimately your responsibility.

Do I choose where my products go?

Not at this time.

Display locations are assigned by Dog Mom Coffee Co. to create the best shopping experience for everyone. We may occasionally move displays to improve the layout.

Will you advertise my products?

Absolutely!

One of the best parts of joining our vendor family is the exposure.

We regularly feature vendors through:

  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • Our website
  • Email marketing
  • Vendor spotlights
  • Store promotions
  • Event marketing

By joining, you grant Dog Mom Coffee Co. permission to photograph and promote your products.

What if I sell food, cosmetics, or pet treats?

You're welcome to apply!

However, you are responsible for ensuring your products meet all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including any required licenses, permits, and labeling requirements.

Are my products insured while they're in the store?

While we take great care of every vendor's merchandise, Dog Mom Coffee Co. cannot be responsible for theft, accidental damage, fire, water damage, or other unforeseen events. Vendors assume the risk for inventory placed in the shop.

What If I want to leave the commitment?

Yes.Either party may end the agreement by providing 30 days' written notice. Outstanding balances will be settled, and vendors are responsible for removing their merchandise by the agreed-upon date.
